At 16, Matt cleaned job site for extra money, now he manages them for a living. As a Certified Building Contractor, Matt is leading the next generation of Kurtz family builders as lead supervisor, site manager and carpenter.

Jason has spent three decades in Jacksonville as the president of successful flooring and portable sanitation companies. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure every Kurco Construction, Inc. job is handled with precision.

Brittany joined the family business at 15 shredding papers and answering phones. At 18 she took over payroll and she now helps manage the business' expansion and development.
